Jennifer Lopez has taught us anything, it’s that there is nothing that doesn’t go with an Hermès Birkin.
On Thursday, the superstar was photographed out in Los Angeles with her team and her twins, Max and Emme, 16. They seemed to be coming from or going to rehearsals, so Lopez pulled out a look that was her usual mix of sporty and rich. At the core, it consisted of a classic black sweatsuit, with a super cropped top with baggy long sleeves, and low-rise sweatpants that revealed her killer abs.
J.Lo stayed comfortable in a pair of short Ugg boots in chestnut and some large brown shades. Then, for some va-va-voom, she added a matte cream Niloticus Crocodile Birkin—a rare piece with palladium hardware. A similar style was sold by Christie’s for $37,500 in 2019.
As readers know, Lopez loves elevating her athleisure looks with her Hermès treasures. Over the holidays last year, she was seen leaving a class at Los Angeles’s Tracy Anderson Studio in a knotted white tee, sparkly black leggings, chunky white sneakers, big black square sunglasses, and a small black crocodile Birkin with gold hardware. A used bag in the same model is currently being sold by Sotheby’s for $50,000.
The “Can’t Get Enough” singer also showed off a rare Birkin last summer, heading to a gym in the Hamptons. Then, she wore a beige sweatshirt, sky-blue tie-dye leggings, and white sneakers; her luxe bag was of the day was a very unusual white and gray Hermès Himalaya Niloticus Birkin. One of these sold on 1stDibs for $224,995.
