Jennifer Aniston spills the beans on her early morning sweat sessions to maintain her stunning physique: ‘It’s a seriously hardcore routine’

Je͏n͏n͏i͏fe͏r͏ An͏i͏s͏t͏o͏n͏ starts her day early at five in the morning. The star of “The Horrible Bosses” is an early riser so she can do her intense morning workout routine. According to her, if she’s working, she wakes up at 4:30 or 5 a.m., but if she has no work, she wakes up between 8 and 9 a.m. Being a late-night person, she likes to make her standard cup of hot water with a slice of lemon. “After that, I will do some sort of workout. I have a fantastic trainer who I do this spin-yoga class with. We spin for half an hour and then do yoga for 40 minutes. It’s a pretty intense routine.”

“Afterward, I head over to the gym where I engage in strength training or do my own thing on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical to mix things up.” She told Well+Good, “Usually, I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cocoa.” “If I don’t have a shake, I’ll just have some toast and poached eggs with some avocado. Or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas – it’s really yummy, and you can get it hot for winter months.”

Jennifer Aniston has revealed her secret to staying in shape – working out at 4:30 in the morning. She claims that it helps her maintain her figure and gives her a boost of energy for the day ahead.
